How Does the High Court's Stay on EPFO's Minimum Wage Splitting Affect You?

Please find attached the circular copy issued by the EPFO after the interim stay by the Delhi & AP High Court on the EPFO Circular on Prohibiting Splitting of Minimum Wages for the purpose of PF.

Dear Seniors, Please let me know the EPF deduction amount. If an employee is recruited on a CTC of Rs. 10,000/- and the employer fixes his basic+DA at Rs. 3,500/-, but the minimum wage is Rs. 4,940/-.
