How To Get Factory License - Doc Download

Dear Seniors,
I recently joined in new company. And I come to know that this company earlier working at other place and now established at this place. They has registration and license for old unit (which is closed now), and not yet taken license for new unit (factory is running since 3 yrs at new place).
So I want to ask is, weather to register and take new license or only to take license or else???

Wish to know if you can get the factory license in Gurgaon(haryana) with out PCB consent if I provide all other documents? Is it mandatory to have PCB Consent before applying for License??

So I want to ask is, weather to register and take new license or only to take license or else???

we have a factory license, but original license copy is not found now.
form 1 for renewal copy is available but how to get the factory license copy
