I would like to express my gratitude to the generous individual who shared the performance forms in this forum. I have a follow-up question regarding PE Forms. How do you assess the effectiveness of your company's existing Performance Evaluation Forms? Do you allow all employees to provide feedback on the forms through questionnaires? Is this feedback valuable?
I found the performance appraisal forms you had posted very helpful. They were very specific and could be measured accurately.
I am working as a management trainee in an organization, and we are conducting performance appraisals for all.
