Struggling with English Speaking Confidence in Groups: How Can I Overcome My Accent and Pronunciation Challenges?

Hi, I'm Raj. I am an MBA graduate and presently working with a retail company. My problem is that I can't speak English in a group of people. I am good at grammar and vocabulary, but I struggle to find appropriate words while constructing a sentence. One more issue is pronunciation. Why do I lack confidence? Since I have studied in a Government Oriya medium school, I have an Oriya accent in English. So please help me overcome these problems. I really feel ashamed about this. Please help me out!

I usually stammer while speaking my mother tongue as well, but tomorrow onwards, I will start doing the exercises suggested by you and will keep posting if I face any difficulties.
