Hi, you need to do one thing—directly approach the PF Office because it was stated that the submission was made in April '11. It's too late. Follow up with them.

I had applied for the withdrawal of my PF from Gurgaon. It shows an online claim status indicating that it was received by the office on 26.09.2011, but to date, it remains the same, and I have not received any response. I have attempted to contact them, but there has been no response via phone or email. Can anyone please tell me when I should expect to receive my money or what steps I should take to follow up on this matter?

You can approach the P.F. Office directly, face to face. They may not provide you with complete information over the phone or through mail. I suggest you double-check your bank account number with the PF officials and also inquire at the dispatch section. Sometimes, they delay the cheques that are supposed to be submitted to the banks.

I am an ex-employee of UHG Hyderabad, but the head office is in Gurgaon. I am basically from Chennai. I applied for PF in 2013 through my employer. I sent the PF documents to my employer, but since then, I have not received any acknowledgment that they have been received. They never responded to me. Could you check the status to see if it has been reported to the PF office in Gurgaon, or should I send the documents again directly to the PF office in GGN?
