3. What are the standard market rates that clients will pay for the candidates I provide them?

Your legal requirements would be provided by your local chamber of commerce or the governmental bodies that stipulate these rules.

Getting clients depends on your advertising campaign.

Obviously, you have not done market research; otherwise, you would have known your competitors and the rates they charge.

For professionalism purposes, functioning from home is not advisable unless it's an online service.
