You can go for performing pooja of office, office machineries, entrance gates. You can decorate the office with flowers, garlands, etc. Take the participation of everyone while doing so. Organize stage programs, traditional days, etc. The day should be in full enthusiasm.
As it is Navratri and Dussehra is approaching, you can plan a day and ask everyone to dress traditionally in a particular fashion. Decorate the office with some flowers and paste some slogans (printouts can be taken of Laxmi, Ganesha, or diyas).
First, you can do Pooja (Havan) with prasad, and in the evening, you can arrange a get-together with family for "fafada and Jalebi." Arrange some games for children and couples, along with some gift distributions.

We are planning to have a dolls exhibition (Bommala Koluvu) at our office for Dussehra. I think you can also plan for it. You can ask your employees to bring dolls from their houses.
As per my view, exhibitions vary by subject. If it is related to products for offices, then it can be permitted.
