Confused About PF Form 3A/6A Request? Seeking Advice on Next Steps

Hi experts, I have received a letter from the PF department requesting the submission of Form 3A and 6A for the previous year. I have not made any contributions to the PF department's account as no one in our company is a member. Can anyone suggest what I should do now?
