Feeling Stuck in Recruitment Roles? Seeking Advice on Moving to Corporate HR Opportunities

Dear All, I am an HR graduate with experience in recruitment at a consultancy. Currently, I have left my job and am looking for a corporate opening. The sad part is that the only offers I am receiving are from recruitment firms or BPOs for the position of HR Recruiter. I want to know whether joining a BPO would restrict and confine my future growth prospects, and whether I would later be able to find opportunities in other industries. Please help me out because I really want to secure a job now. Your opinions would assist me in making a decision.

Advice on Quitting a Job

It is always advised to quit a job only if you have the right job offer on hand. Without any offer, never quit a job, as this will affect your career.

There were salary issues with the past employers, and it's been 3 months since I left my job. However, I haven't found any promising opportunities yet. I am in a dilemma about whether I should wait longer for the right opportunity or take up whatever comes my way.
