Request to my friends to clarify the following :
We r having about 50 employees who r under CASUAL category., viz., Drivers, Agriculture assistants, gardners, cook, office boys, watch & wards etc. We, (i.e) regular employees are associated with ONe company. These Casual are associated with another. Since regular employees co. starts its production, the employees will be given/covered Und PF coverage by Ceiling limitaion of Rs.6,500/-. Whereas the Casuals co.is not relating to any production, though they are also being given PF coverage. In this, by problem is, all the Casual workers now formed a UNION which is registered under Trade Union Act and demanding the management to issue appointment Orders with benefits which are applicable to regular employees. In this circumstanes, the HR Manager/Executive what can do? whether issue appointment orders or not ? If required to issue Orders, CAN I HAVE APPOINTMENT ORDER FORMAT for them.
