Dear friend,

You have to consider the number of days physically worked to calculate the eligibility of 30 days and monthly earnings for total bonus calculation.

Dear Mr. Alphonse,

Employees are not required to be physically present for 30 days to be eligible for a bonus. All paid leave/holidays are included in that 30 days. All statutory benefits are calculated on paid days except for Earn Leave calculation.

Dear Sir/Madam,

If the company doesn't pay the employer's contribution to the PF office for 1 year, and the company becomes bankrupt, how can the employee receive their PF?
