It depends on your budget. You may find the following options interesting:

1. Gift/shopping voucher, for example, Big Bazaar, so that they can buy their ration with it. It will be very helpful for people in such economic conditions.

2. Movie picnic where you can book the entire hall during some non-peak hours and ask everyone to bring their relatives and friends; this way, you will also do branding for your company.

3. Click your employees doing different actions, for example, someone eating in a big plate, click them and gift them a nice frame in front of everyone.
