I worked for a software company from Dec2007 to Dec 2010. During reliveing i filled the form for the withdrawal of PF(Provident Fund) amount and when after 3-4 months i enquired about it, i came to know from them that they had given me the wrong form to filled in so i have to filled the right form and i filled up the form again and send it back to them....Now from last 4-5 months i am asking for the acknowledgement for the same and evertime they are making some excuss and not sending me the acknowledgement. It is not every clear to me that whether the form has been submitted to the PF department or not. It's really getting very frustating to call him again and again and get the same reply. Even i checked the status online and it's showing no records. Please suggest me what i can do in this situation.
