RE: LEAVE CALCULATION.

Dear..All,
As i need to know the leave calculation,
Example : if any employee made leave as half day before Sunday with continuous Four days, in this case that Sunday also calculated for Salary.
Plz short-out my doubt...?

Dear Friend
You have to pay for sunday because he has worked half day before the sunday. half day work as to be treated as full day . Hence you have to pay for sunday.

You have to pay for sunday & National Holiday double wages (if National holday prior permission geting from Inspector of Factories )
Calculation = Gross wages/30 or 31 per day salary
