What Does Leave with Wages Mean?

How is leave calculated? How can one be eligible for leaves? What are its types, etc.?

Entitlement for leave with wages: Every employee is not entitled to get leave with wages unless they work not less than 240 days in the previous calendar year.

1. In the case of an adult worker, one day of leave for every 20 days worked in the previous year.
2. In the case of a young person, one day of leave for every 15 days worked in the previous year.
