Hi guys! I have been seeing threads related to the subject, but I cannot seem to find the right answer to my query as everything is India-based. Can anyone tell me the formula for gratuity calculation based on the UAE? How would we calculate it if there are changes in the basic salary? For example, in January 2008, my salary was AED 2500, in January 2009, it increased to AED 3500, and at present, it is AED 6500. My contract will end in October 2011. Would really appreciate help from you guys.
