I think you need to clarify if you want a speech to introduce yourself before the presentation or a speech introducing the country that you plan to promote.
In either case, you must first visualize who the audience is and what is it that they will be keen to know. Structure the presentation to get the audience interested in what you have to share and keep them engaged in the proceedings by sharing some interesting titbits as well as useful facts.
