Understanding Saudi Arabia's Labor Laws: How Do They Differ from India's?

My company is setting up a steel plant in Saudi Arabia. I would appreciate it if someone has information about the labor laws of Saudi Arabia. I would also like to understand how different they are from Indian labor laws.
