Need one format to prepare an organisational chart for one service-providing company

Hello, I need one format to prepare an organisational chart for one service-providing company, which has a total of 150 people.
We have departments like finance, HR, Maintenance, store, production & procurement.
If anyone has any ready format, you are most welcome to forward it to me.

You could have easily found plenty of org chart templates with a simple google search.
