Struggling to Attach a File to My Post: Can Anyone Guide Me Through It?

I have tried thrice to 'attach' a 'pps' to my post on "Isn't it time for 'INTROSPECTION'" by 'clicking' on "Manage Attachment" and uploading the 'pps', but I find it is not 'attached' to my post! I am not 'computer savvy' and so request help as to how I am to 'attach' the 'pps'.

There is a "Manage Attachments" option when opening a thread. Click the option and attach.

Thank you. However, that is exactly what I tried in order to 'attach' a 'file' of my own creation from my computer and found that it has 'failed'. I attach files regularly with my emails, and I have no problem! I wonder where/why it is going wrong when I try to 'attach a file' to CiteHR?
