Sharing My Take on Jack Welch's Leadership Secrets: A Fresh Perspective for HR Peers

Yashkumar
Hi all HR, I am back after a long break. I have read "29 Leadership Secrets from Jack Welch," so I thought to make it easy for all of us. Yes, I know there are lots of posts on this book in "CITEHR," but there is just no "PPT," so I made it while keeping its original content. I hope you like it. I request that you don't complain about too much text.

Regards

Dear Yash,

This is a really good one. Then why do you quote this 'I request you don't complain about too much text'? Again, thanks for the nice post.

Dear Saini, Your remarks are uncalled for when Mr. Yash Kumar has given due credit to Jack Welch, the original author of the book. He has not claimed anywhere that the ideas are his own. He has mentioned the name of Jack Welch not only in the thread but also in the presentation.

If he has something good and is giving due credit to the original author, what is the harm in sharing his knowledge with other community members? You must know, not everybody in the HR community knows about Jack Welch or his secrets of leadership. I have the original and detailed book, and I know all those secrets written by Jack Welch, but still, I have appreciated his voluntary effort to share his knowledge. I don't think you would have been compelled by Mr. Yash to read his presentation if you did not like the presentation or the types of leadership secrets mentioned in it.

If you feel you could do better, you could have also come forward with a better presentation than Mr. Yash Kumar.
