Hr is very big subject and according to me every organization have there own work environment and cultures here i am attaching one file which i had developed and implemented accordingly. this excel file includes Designation, Job profile (What exactly management want they do), selection criteria, duty Hours, salary, terms of reference (So they will clear in what matter whom they have to contact), authority they have, and accommodation do this work and present same to your management and from this only you ca plan your HR policy and long term loyalty plan.
