Hi, can someone help me with a warning letter for employees who are loitering. We have had some employees go to other floors in which they are not assigned to.

Please be cautious in issuing warning letters, it might back fire.
Counselling and warning employees is a better option, before issuing a warning letter.
Counsel them, make them aware about office discipline, brand your organization's code of conduct via posters and other visuals.
