If an employee resigns and if he intends to transfer the PF accumulation, he can do so by submitting an appropriate form in /form 13 . His previous employment PF number must be specified in the form alongwith the current (new code number) . The same have to be submitted to the PF office, after processing, PF authorities will intimate current employer thru a letter alongwith the copy to the individual member.
hope I have clarified.
if confused pls feel free to ask to me.

Hi Almas,
Once you Receive Transfer Request from your employee
You should send Transfer In Form along with Form 5 to employees previous employer. Previous employer will send same as enclosed with Form 5, 10 & 3A to regional PF dept. Previous Employer PF Dept will Transfer PF Amount to Present Employer PF Account.

hi
simple if new employee wants to trans his p.f., you ask to him to submit form 3A and form 5/10 of his previous employer. there after you fill up transfer form no-13 with new and old p.f. no. and submit it to p.f. office where you submit your monthly challans. p.f. office will transfer the funds.
