i would like to request experinced person for some sample how to introduce or open the interview and how to close the interview.

1. Welcome the candidate and thank them for their time in attending.
2. Introduce other panel members.
3. Explain format of the interview and time allowed.
4. Ask the questions.
5. Ask candidate if he/she has any questions to ask.
6. Explain the process for choosing successful candidate, expected time for the process and when candidae can expect to hear outcome of interview.
7. Thank the candidate for their time.
8. Show them out.
