Hi
Assuming that your language skills are very good and that you have a good vocabulary too, the primary requirement to write content is being clear about the subject line. This can also be the topic title. The more general the title or subject line, the more vague your content generation becomes. So your primary focus must be on getting the gist of the matter to be generated succinctly compressed into one or two lines.
Thereafter the following steps would help
- study up on the topic but don't make the mistake of cutting and pasting content for you risk the charge of being accused of plagiarism.
- if the content is very large then you would have to break it up into meaningful topics that smoothly transit from one chapter/ idea to the next.
- when writing, always keep the audience who will be reading your matter in mind. The same topic when written for children, teens, women, men, scholars, critics etc would be differently written/ structured for each such audience.
- if the topic gives latitude, be creative and expressive else focus on the key matter.
- if writing for websites then things like key words, SEO etc. are very important.
Hope the above suggestions help you develop into a successful writer.
