Seeking Help with People-CMM Implementation in IT: Any Resources to Share?

I am working on a project to implement People-CMM in an IT company. Could anyone please assist me with implementation materials, documents, guidelines, books, etc.?

Although this is the current assessment method, the SEI has announced that they are switching to the SCAMPI method for People CMM beginning this year, and it will be mandatory in 2008. Please see the SEI website for more details.
