It initiates with sedning quote of the day / joke of the day, etc. apart from sesing the COCs.
One care we need to take while doing all this, is that never put any comment on someone's personal things.
One sound HR system runs healthy only when your employees wish to "talk to you" & not when you wish to talk to them.
So make them speak, let them a stage wherein they can share their thoughts & ideas.
Also never forget to revert on their queries. They are the real books of HR, whjo teaches you a new lesson every time.
