It initiates with sedning quote of the day / joke of the day, etc. apart from sesing the COCs.
One care we need to take while doing all this, is that never put any comment on someone's personal things.
One sound HR system runs healthy only when your employees wish to "talk to you" & not when you wish to talk to them.
So make them speak, let them a stage wherein they can share their thoughts & ideas.
Also never forget to revert on their queries. They are the real books of HR, whjo teaches you a new lesson every time.

These sermons of yours if attempted to be practiced by an HR in such organisations will only lead to misery and frustration in that HR practitioner. I am telling you these things after having been an HR professional for over three decades and had started off with a similar belief. The rest I dont want to tell but currently I work for myself instead of working for others. This should explain the ground realities.

Thanks for sharing such a beautiful ppt. Actually it depends upon the culture of the organisation whether it is supportive for an HR person to do as per your guidelines or it compels him to do as per set norms. Resistance is always there, however, an HR man can put his efforts to implement it as everything is possible.
