Regarding Salary Certificate.

Hello Sir/Mam
I have a employee..who's salary in in income tax area..and he is not agreed to pay tax.and also demanding the salary certificate...so i would like to ask if i issue salary certificate to him...is there is problem will occur in future or noting link to income tax department,i.e. there will not problem occur for company due to his salary certificate..OR we can't issue Salary certificate until he don't pay tax...kindly guide me..

Any Indian Citizen should pay tax if his/her income is in taxable limit. Denying to pay I.T. will attract penal provisions. Employer should deduct TDS.
