I need some help. I just started working in an organization where the HR department doesn't exist, and one HR assistant is handling paperwork and salaries under the financial director. Now I have been asked to establish a new HR department, even though I have never done it before, and I need your help to do this.
First, I need to create a new flowchart to visualize how I see this department building in the next 5-6 months. What are the essential keys to doing so, and what should I keep in mind? I need a timeline for the next 5-6 months and am wondering what is possible to achieve in that amount of time.
