Dear Sudhakar,
If you are referring to me, please see my posts elsewhere at CiteHR and also see #axzz1XTHkuwus
Unlike some, I teach the Socratic way. I try to help people become self-learners. I try to give them tools instead of spoon-feed them. By questioning I get to know their exact requirements. I do not want to assume (ASS-U-ME) their needs.
Have a lovely day.

Hi,
We have developed an online engine for conducting EES. Traditionally sureveys have quite a large number of questions and it is often found that the survey is either not completed by a fairly large percentage of employees or the percentage of responses is fairly low. Another important factor is which are the factors that are required to be taken up as critical factors; Not necessarily the ones with the lowest score as is normally believed. Hi there,
It has been said that you need to use the search to find about the raised subject as it has been raised before however, I strongly feel while working on your survey do consider segmenting/ categorizing your questions to indicate specifically which area are you tackling
Communication (top down-Down Up)
Motivation
Leadership
Business process
HR Services
Admin Services
Communities
Supervisory
Transparency
Policies
Its very helpful when you make you final recommendations in your report.
