For any Business if you have some plan on how to achieve goals for the following, together and when documented it becomes Business Plan.
1. Operational Plan
2. Finance plan
3. Resource Plan
4. Marketing Plan

There is tons of stuff about business plans as well as sample plans on Google.
You will find what you need with a simple search.
Good luck with your business.

Its not easy, its complex. Business plan has everything which your company is today and want to be years later. Hence it requires everything starting business details - current, expansion plans, manpower, p&l, financial plans, implications, profit and loss etc etc... it should be extremely detailed covering each and every aspect of your business. With google, you can get the skeleton but the details need to be done with support of proper team.. good luck !

I do understand what are you referring to but really you need to sit down and consider the following points when developing business plan.
1. Business Idea
2. Market research (survey)
3. Segment your targeting
4. Your competitor(s)
5. Your Capital (cash In Hand)
6. Do you require Loan
7. Five your plan
8. How will you pay back your loans
9. When will your business start to make profit.
