HRA
Conveyance
Medical Allowance
some companies add Books and Periodicals, Telephone (cell) Allowance, Entertainment Allowance, Education Allowance, etc. You may add any other headings also. %wise break up for each component will depend from company to company. you can always make a format in excel taking these components with % or values allocated to them.
