How Can I Check My PF Account Balance After Resigning from Jagati Publications?

I have worked at M/s. Jagati Publications Ltd since 2007 in Andhra Pradesh, but we have not received year-end PF balance slips. We have informed our management multiple times about the PF status, but they have informed us that the delay in distributing the PF slips is due to a shortage of PF staff. Recently, I have resigned from my job. I would like to know the balance in my PF account. My PF account number is AP/HYD/59903/095. Please advise me on how I can view the current status of my PF account balance.
