The differentiating factors to look for:
a) Multiple Paygroup
b) Multiple Currency
c) Multiple Company (In case of Future expansions)
d) Multiple Database
e) Multi User
f) Componenet definitions
g) Statutory Compliances
h) Reports as per Financial Practices
and many more...
There are only few with all above features. Plus one more factor the exsisting client base to check this is acceptable or not...
