Hi, I need an urgent reply to this. The basic requirement is the salary slip for a salary of 18,000 Rs. as the take-home amount, inclusive of all the details like CTC, HRA, etc., excluding PF.

In that case, CTC 18 K.

Basic 10947 HRA 5473 Con 800 PF employee share 780.

In-hand salary would be 16440 before TDS deduction.

For instance, you can have 40% or 50% as the basic. HRA would depend on the city standards; it can be 30% or 40% of the basic. Conveyance is fixed at 800. The rest of the amount can be treated as any other allowances.
