Steps to Obtain a Duplicate PAN Card

To obtain a duplicate PAN card, you need to visit the NSDL or UTI PAN service center in your city. Bring along one photo ID and address proof, fill out the form provided, and submit a fee of ₹94. Make sure to include the lost PAN card number in the application.

Form Requirements for PAN Card

Form 49A is used for new PAN allotment. In the case of changes, corrections, and duplicate PAN cards, a different form needs to be used. Please find both attachments here.

Hi Mahi,

No need to worry about that. With the same PAN number, you can apply for another one. I think it will cost Rs. 97. You can go to any UTI TSL center, apply for a new one (Fill CSF form), along with your ID proof and Address proof.
