ESI Enrollment: Who Should Be Included in the Family Details Section?

Hi all, I need to know which family members' details should be entered in the family details column for the ESI family details of a new employee during ESI enrollment. Should it only include the father and mother, or can we also include younger siblings and brothers (both male and female employees)?

According to the new employment enrollment in ESI, along with the father and mother, you can also include the name of your sister, whether younger or elder, but she should be unmarried. If you have a brother, you can only include his name until the age of 18 or until he is receiving education. If the employee is married, you can add his wife and children's names as well.
