Hello, I am planning to start a consultancy to supply skilled/unskilled labor to various construction companies for their sites, such as carpenters, painters, plumbers, and more. I would be hiring people from the northeast region. As you know, this business can be tricky as some people may only stay for a week, a month, or a maximum of three months based on their mood or the construction company's workload. I can bill them to the construction company based on the number of resources or per square feet of work done.
Practicality of Opening a PF Account and Implementing Labor Law Policies
Is it practically possible to open a PF account and implement labor law policies in this system, which is not organized, etc., for these uneducated people who may only come for a month or so? How can I move forward from here?
