Difference Between SAP HR Consultant And SAP HCM Consultant

Hello everyone,I am new on this site. I wanted to know what is the difference between SAP HR and SAP HCM consultant. Can anyone tell me whether both have same job descriptions or not.

where as
SAP HCM is 6.0 ECC version
