ERP (R12) HRMS & Payroll Module

Hey Friends,
I have been appointed as HRMS Functional Team Leader - ERP (R12). Got a few doubts.
Is this experience gonna help me in my HR career or to say in getting a good placement?
How valuable is the ERP (HRMS) experience in the market today???
I really appreciate the maximum help I can get out of this. Please guys give me all the advice you have.

hi M,
as u might be knowing ERP packages r being implemented in most of the establishments these days, as it integrates all the functional departements.. therefore, having any knowledge in same is provng to b very useful..
industries r demanding people with its exposure..
it will help u in landing with a better job..
