Salary Break Up And Income Tax Planning For Employees

Dear sir/madam/friends,
I am sathish kumar and here i have attached file regarding with ctc salary break up and income tax planning for the employees.plz kindly go through on it and suggest if i have done anything wrong and i wanna to know complete tax planning with some figures(examples) plz i expect from this as soon as possible.

And here i have attached one pay slip about my friend who s working in pharmaceutical field.And in that pay slip there s no medical allowance(1250 per month) and also leave travel allowance(10-20% of gross salary) plz kindly go through on this also...
