Can We Combine Experience and Relieving Details in One Letter for Employees?

I have a query. Can we have one letter at the time of employee relieving where we can mention that they are relieved from their duties and also specify their employment period, designation, and conduct in the same letter?

Hi, nowadays, many companies have started providing experience letters along with relieving letters. These documents state the individual's designation, date of joining, and conduct.

There should be a separate letter detailing the reason for leaving the job, the type of job duties and responsibilities he/she used to perform, and this should be attached to the relieving letter.
