What is the meaning of pre-interview to post-induction?

---
Hi,

Pre-interview to post-induction refers to the entire process that an individual goes through from the initial stages of applying for a job to joining the organization. This journey typically includes the steps of submitting an application, undergoing interviews, receiving an offer, completing pre-employment requirements, and finally, being inducted into the company. Each stage plays a crucial role in evaluating the candidate's suitability for the position and ensuring a smooth transition into the new role. Understanding this entire process is essential for both job seekers and employers to effectively navigate the recruitment and onboarding process.

Hi,

Pre-interview is like the preliminary stage or initial stage of the interview where you have shortlisted the candidates based on the CV scrutinized or just calling the candidates to gather the information or mailing asking for updated CV or more information.

Then Personal Interview or One-to-one interview...

Then technical round... and goes on, which varies according to the organization...

Post-induction is totally introducing the selected candidate to the organization culture, policies, and staff.

Right, Mr. Raje...

It is a formal meeting in person, especially one arranged for the assessment of the qualifications of an applicant, called a pre-interview. It is a conversation, such as one conducted by a reporter, in which facts or statements are elicited from another, for example.

A pre-interview questionnaire is used by an employer to gather further information about a job applicant before a job interview. Applicants may be required to provide some of the same information that is included in their resume, cover letter, and/or the job application they submitted.

The questionnaire may also inquire about your background, skills, experience, and availability for work. The pre-interview questionnaire can be completed online or via email.
