Dear Asmita, in case your theme is 'Team', you can try this team-building exercise. Try this game if you have a team of a minimum of 10 or more.
Requirements:
1. Marbles
2. Vertically cut tubes (3 or 4 inches wide); you can make them by rolling the covers of some old stick files. You would need one for each member of the team.
Try this game in open lawns if your company has that space; otherwise, you can try it in training rooms as well.
Activity:
Group people into 5 or more. The bigger the team, the better the game. Place a bowl with 10 marbles at one end of the room and an empty bowl at the other end. Each team member will hold one tube (vertically cut - with the cut side up). The team has to pass the marble from one end to another through these tubes, passing from one team member's tube to another team member's tube. The team that finishes passing the marbles (without dropping) first will win. You can have this activity played in parallel between two teams provided you have enough tubes and marbles.
All the best. Let me know in case you need more such activities. I do these quite regularly at my workspace.
Regards,
Swapna - HR
