I am working for a manufacturing company. My boss also owns a star hotel and has asked me to handle the training and development activities for his hotel. I have facilitated many training programs for my previous employer, but I have never undergone any formal training myself. I have experience in preparing training calendars, facilitating training sessions, and collecting training feedback. However, I have never been the one giving the training.
I have always been interested in training, but now I am not confident enough to take on that responsibility. I have expressed my concerns to my boss, but he believes I can do a good job. I am feeling very confused.
Please suggest how I can improve my training skills and gain more confidence in this area.
