7.5 Lakhs - Exact/Almost Close In-hand Amt Required

I require to know the exact in-hand/probable figure for the CTC (and details) stated below.
Company: Leading firm in Bangalore.
The CTC offered: 7.5 Lakhs.
Following is the break-up -
1. Basic Salary: Rs. 25,000/- P.M
2. Flexi Benefits Plan: Rs.3,99,570/- PA
3. Retirals (PF @ 12% and Gratuity @ 4.81%): Rs. 50,430/- PA

This CTC requires hand full years of experience, provided on the sector which this position based. If you consider in IT, those with 4-5 years experiance will get this salary, when consider Banking, pharmaceutical and other manufacturing sector, this salary will be given for persons with 9-10 years of experience. Kindly state your domain of business, so that members can be able to guide further detailed.

Have a look at this breakup. I have assumed Full tax rate which will be approx 5300 per month. You can invest under various sections of the IT act and get exemptions, which will reduce your tax liability accordingly. Your take home monthly will be approx 49.7K after tax, PF.
