Team,

The process of working collaboratively with a group of people in order to achieve a goal is teamwork. Teamwork is often a crucial part of a business as it is necessary for colleagues to work well together, trying their best in any circumstance. Teamwork means that people will try to cooperate, using their individual skills and providing constructive feedback, despite any personal conflicts between individuals.

We have shared over 500 videos (Safety, Motivation, Teamwork, etc.) on our EHS forum through SVL-I and SVL-II. Please take a look at the videos shared with your friends and colleagues. If you have any videos in your collection related to Safety, Motivation, Teamwork, etc., please share them with us.

Please write something about the videos and thread as it will help encourage our members to participate actively.

Thanks in advance. "Teamwork never fails."

Dear All HR Professionals,

Has not a single person thought of scribbling something to give us motivation? A boost for continuing this sharing of video clips? Have no HR people found value in sharing Video Clips even though training is one of the core businesses of HR?
