I want ti know something about interview that
What is the parameter to judge the candidates characteristics (Positive attitude,Dicipline ,Motivation etc)in 15 minutes ,

bringmetolife

Just check how confident the candidate it by observing his body language, his communication skills, if he's over-confident or humble or too shy, if he has a smile on his face or not (shows he's positive) etc.
