I want to know something about interviews. What are the parameters used to judge a candidate's characteristics (positive attitude, discipline, motivation, etc.) in a 15-minute time frame?

Just check how confident the candidate is by observing their body language and communication skills. Notice whether they are overconfident, humble, or too shy, and if they have a smile on their face, which indicates positivity, etc.
