Thank you for your mind-blowing presentation about our Honourable Annaji. He is truly a management guru. It will be a source of motivation for the younger generation and a valuable lesson for HR managers, leaders, and politicians. This showcases the power of people, often neglected and not accepted by others. We may realize that each one of us is like Hanuman. Nobody can achieve wonders without realizing the self. I believe Annaji might have surpassed self-realization and reached the stage of self-actualization. Hence, we should strive to uncover our utmost potential by igniting and following the example set by Annaji, rather than simply criticizing him for being against our democracy.

With best regards,

Dear Mr. Anil,

Please accept my appreciation for your timely post. Your message is clear and will help all members better understand the value-based leadership shown by Annaji. While the Gandhian era brought us freedom to India, let us hope Anna's era will lead us to a corruption-free India. We have a long journey ahead.

Let us also appreciate our parliamentarians and the government for handling the situation well and showing us a win-win situation.

In the context of HR practitioners, I believe we Indians have witnessed the biggest conflict between employers and employees in recent times. I salute Annaji and our great democracy.

Thank you again for your valuable contribution.

Thank you for sharing the identified traits of Anna Hazare. It is truly inspiring and motivating. Annaji has also taught us to control our followers and maintain our faith. One of the traits of Annaji you mentioned is "Practice what you preach," which grabs attention and highlights those who say one thing and do another.

Dear Anil Ji, Thank you for sharing the motivational article about Anna Hazare. Anna Hazare truly possesses great determination for social upliftment. I have known him for the past twenty years as a social reformer in the state of Maharashtra. His recent efforts to combat corruption have had a significant impact throughout India. Indeed, Anna Hazare exhibits great leadership and a long visionary approach, making him a prominent figure in India known for his positive contributions to society.

Hello, Sir, this analysis of yours is exhaustive and is of great help to today's managers (if they apply/inculcate these in themselves). This can also be inculcated as a case study for management students. Thank you for your update.

Dear Mr. Anil Kaushik,

Here is the list of traits in Anna Hazare as observed by you:

1. Visionary
2. Idea power
3. Strong determination
4. Practice what he preaches
5. Power of positivity
6. Moral fiber
7. High credibility
8. Making people realize their potential
9. Leading by example
10. Sustaining intra-group pressures
11. Aligning actions with core values

I do not see the most important trait that embodies Anna Hazare as we see him today. It is his 'selflessness'. He has no bank account and lives in a 10'x8' room (I think it is not his). Can he be a model for management graduates/MBAs? Nay. The value of his 'selflessness' is infinite. When the question was raised - Who would pay his medical bill? Hundreds of responses came from India and abroad, even from foreigners willing to pay the bill. Can any IIM promote selflessness of this magnitude in their students? Please post your next analysis 'IIMs and selflessness of the magnitude of Anna Hazare's'.

Thanks in advance.
